Trying to resurrect old storm brand assassin and need help

Hi, long time player first time making a build. This is a build I've played back in Ultimatum and never had this much fun since then. Trying to resurrect it now. It was freezing and one shotting everything, while having zero hp back then. Even though it had zero hp I was basicaly trying to never get hit and it was working Right now I'm trying to add some survivability if possible without losing much dps, if not I'm ok with zero hp again.
