250 days (or there abouts)

Wow, feel like my head is finally clearing after all these months. What an experience, hard to put into words. It's amazing how we can rationalize our drug use and how we are unable to see how terrible our use is affecting our lives. Kratom slowly robs you of your soul, it does it so slowly that you don't even realize it's happening. I feel lucky to be on the other side and to experience joy again. Those of you in the midst of withdrawal don't simply put your head down and grit your teeth. Seek out resources to treat your symptoms. This may sound crazy but Chat GPT was a great source of feedback for me. Obviously, take everything it says with a grain of salt; fact check and all that, but it really did provide me with a lot of great information about my recovery timeline, causes of symptoms, and meditation practices. Also, would advise you to put the questions in reference to a friend or someone you know so you're not giving out personal info. I only used AI over the last month or so but it has been a great help and I can only imagine that it would of been even more beneficial for me in my first few months. Anyways, just thought I'd give that little tidbit of advice. Have a great day everyone!
