What are the best AI tools for business owners running solo?

Every ""best AI tools"" list I find is either for teams with budgets or just a list of the same five products with affiliate links. Here's what I actually use running everything by myself and what each thing is actually for.

Writing and client facing documents: claude pro at $20/month handles long proposals and contracts better than anything I've tried, chatgpt is faster for quick back-and-forth drafts. Honest answer is both are good and it mostly comes down to preference after use.

Scheduling: calendly at the basic paid tier has removed more friction from my week than almost anything on this list, yeah boring but genuinely useful.

Meeting notes: fellow ai auto-transcribes and summarizes, plugs into your calendar so you don't have to think about turning it on.

App connections and repetitive automations: zapier for the standard stuff, n8n if you want something free and are willing to spend a few hours on setup.

And for me the one that right now could replace most of the tools rn, an AI that doesn't just help you do things but actually does them while you're not there. Openclaw is what people have been going nuts over for this, it can manage emails, do research, handle files, basically act like a background team member you text on telegram. Running it through clawdi since the server setup is way easier and safe. It's the only tool on this list that does stuff for you like having someone
