Boss openly seeking investors… should I be worried?

It claims to be one of the fastest-growing companies in our country... according to the boss's data, which is questionable. :S Now the company is looking for investors ‘not to survive’ but to ‘grow’... what does all this suggest to you? To me, it suggests that the company is unstable.

Any experts in the room who can enlighten me?Should I jump ship or wait for dismissal and compensation?
