Special needs pushchair

Anybody know any charities/ organisations that would help with a special needs pushchair.

We are in the south UK

My sons is 4 and been diagnosed with autism. He refuses to walk and wants to be carried constantly which is becoming increasingly difficult .

Also if anyone has a special needs stroller/ pushchair can you tell me how easy it is to push etc…
