PSA submission stuck "In Transit" in Newport Beach, CA. Anyone else having this issue?

I sent a Value submission (10 cards, half modern and half vintage) to PSA on 2/20 using USPS. The submission arrived in Newport Beach, CA at the proper PSA zip code. After arriving at the right zip code, as of 2/26 it was in Transit and there is no longer an update. Is this a PSA issue or a post office issue?
