Is Cap considered an agility tank as well??

Whenever it comes to playing Cap I remember playing a game called xenoblade 3 where they introduced to me a type of tank class called the 'agility tank'. A tank who draws in the attention of the enemy while trying to avoid being hit and causing distraction.

And that made me wonder...considering from what I've heard how the stats dont show the value of Cap and how he is meant to cause distraction, avoid being hit while possibly blocking damage made me wonder...

...Besides being a dive would Cap also be considered an agility tank?? :^
