The productivity rule that helped me focus as a solo builder

Running a project taught me something about productivity.

Trying to manage everything at once doesn't work.

You end up busy but not moving forward.

The biggest improvement for me came from a simple rule:

One clear priority per day.

If the most important thing moves forward
the day counts.

Everything else is secondary.

It sounds basic but it removed a lot of decision fatigue.
