Selector tickets + crystal targets?

I currently have a maxed out Kitasan Black speed card and will soon have a maximized Fine Motion wit card. I currently have one crystal and there will be two selector tickets, one free and one paid.

The question is, who should I use the crystal + tickets on?

Prior to FineMo pulls, I had Super Creek at LB1 and Speed Matikanefukukitaru at LB0 from New Years free pulls but managed to get another one from FineMo pulls so they’re on equal level at the moment.

Fuku gets a rerun banner in May and Creek gets one in July/August.
