My instagram account got perma banned

So my instagram account got suspended. Naturally, I appealed and within five minutes i was hit with a perma ban. This tells me that A) meta truly doesnt care about its users and B) no human even reviewed my case.

What happened: I put a reel on my story about the epstein files (some random account made that reel i just put it on my story). I assume this had to be it, because the ban happened shortly after and it did mention something about child exploitation.

This is atrocious. I lost an old account with memories, chats, pictures with my gf. I have no way of getting it back. I am not going to court over this. I couldnt find human support channel for issues like this. I refuse to pay for meta verified or whatever someone on the internet suggested

An extra “fun” fact: i had my meta horizon acc linked to instagram. I was paying for horizon+ subscription. Today i wanted to play some VR and discovered that i not only cannot use it with this old account, all progress all the games i bought, everything had to be deleted so that I could even use the device. The account was banned in february. On the third of march, I was charged for horizon+ subscription. I cant use it, I cant log into the account and get my money back or stop the subscription.

I lost cherished memories, pictures, virtual portfolio. I am paying for a service they will not allow me to use.
