Tips for buying used from another province

I’ve been looking for a used ford lightning with certain specs but there are none in my region (maritime). I’ve found what I want at dealers in Quebec multiple times but without being there in person, I’m not being taken seriously or maybe it is just easier for them to sell to someone locally (not sure from their point of view).

So far I’ve tried telling them I’m ready to buy it now, want to confirm delivery fee, and willing to put a deposit down while we work out the details. I’ve left my phone number and email and text multiple times.

Any tips on making this happen?
