LG C5 display model at my Costco has burn-in, should I be concerned?

I was looking at it the other day and notice the display model on their 65" and 55" C5's had burn-in. The staff offered to give me a 5% discount on either one. Is it normal for a C5 model, that just came out to already have burn-in?
