Scar Revision Surgery – Surgeon Recommendation

Hi, I have scars on my face (a keloid and a hypertrophic scar). They bother my self-image, and I am trying to improve it through scar revision surgery. I am researching which hospital and doctors to choose. I am confused, as some of the reviews feel too good to be true. If anyone has any recommendations, it would be very helpful to sort things out.
