Refinance opportunity

New to the mortgage game and hoping for a little insight from the experts;

I closed on my home in MA in 8/2025 for 30 year term 6.625% balance 665,900

Current balance is 662k and looking to see when the right opportunity to pull the trigger to refi would be. Reached out to my lender and said closing costs would run 3k. At which rate would be the time to go ahead with it to see a decent amount of savings?
