Is there still a chance for me?

I am working as IT helpdesk for more than 6 yrs now. I really wanted to switch a field and get an opportunity to work in the cloud. Is there still a chance for me as a 30 yrs old woman? I know that there are a lot of things that I need to study. I am not really knowledgeable about programming language. At this point, I feel so dumb. I passed my MS900 exam last month and now prepping for AZ900. After that, I am thinking of studying for Comptia network+ and Python. I don't know if there would be any progress but can you give me some tips or motivation as whenever I am alone, I am feeling so down and thinking that it would take me years to get that opportunity. I either wanted to explore sysadmin jobs if ever but someday my goal is to work as a Cloud Engineer. Thank you in advance for your tips.
