GLP-1s for IBS-D- specific ones for IBS?

Suffered with IBS-D for 30 something years now and literally tried EVERYTHING and every medication under the sun and nothing so far has helped.Anyways been seeing a lot of people say they have had success with GLP-1s and IBSD. I've made an appointment to discuss with my doctor but am curious is there certain brands that seem to help with the symptoms of IBSD more than another or all pretty much the same? I am in Canada . Thanks any suggestions or experience on the matter appreciated.
