Beta 300rr 2 stroke

Had bike out the other day no issues came out to bike today and realised the throttle was a bit sticky decided to go out anyways after 10 mins of being out it bogged out completely, tried to start it again it revved really high by (itself i definitely isn't have the throttle back) kill switched it & it screamed for about 10 seconds after now it won't start, been told carb but I am not fully sure
