Meteora Greece hiking routes advice

Question

Hi all, thanks for taking the time to read.

My partner and I are planning to go hiking in Kalambaka/Meteora in early May. Our idea is to start in Kalambaka and hike up to the Great Meteoron monastery.

Based on what I saw on Meteora Trails, we could start early in the morning from the Byzantine Church, go up to the Small Walls rock formation, then continue toward the Kastraki old aqueduct, and finally walk up to Varlaam and Great Meteoron. This would basically follow trails M6 > M10 > M8 > M13.

For the way back, we were thinking about making it a loop using M13 > M8 > M9 > M14 back to Kalambaka.

My questions are mainly about how doable this plan is. We are both 24 and reasonably fit, but we are not super experienced or technical hikers. Are these trails difficult or risky? Has anyone done this route in this order? Would you suggest a different approach?
