Fortnite Stuttering + Problem w/ PBO settings on a Ryzen 7 5700X & RTX 3070 Ti

Hi everyone,
I’m having performance issues specifically in Fortnite, and I’m hoping someone here might know what could be causing it.

My PC specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
GPU: RTX 3070 Ti
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming II
RAM: 16 GB 3200 MHz

PBO settings I’m using:
PPT Limit: 120W
TDC Limit: 80A
EDC Limit: 130A
Max CPU Boost Clock Override: +150 MHz
Curve Optimizer: -20 on all cores

In general, all games run smoothly and perform well on my system. The problem only happens in Fortnite. For example, in Fortnite Reload, I usually get around 120–140 FPS, but my 1% lows drop to around 40 FPS, which causes noticeable stuttering. Sometimes the game even dips below 100 FPS, and it feels very inconsistent.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might be causing this? And can anyone give me the best PBO settings I can use with my specs?
