Sometimes Bollywood stars try too hard to be relatable

I genuinely think Ranveer Singh is one of the most talented actors in Bollywood right now. The guy can do intense roles, comedy, everything. even in interviews he has crazy energy, confidence and a proper movie-star personality.

But sometimes his PR feels a bit off.

old Bollywood stars like Shah Rukh Khan or Salman Khan never tried to act relatable. they had attitude, arrogance, mystery and that’s what made them feel like stars.

Now it feels like PR tries too hard to make actors look like normal people.Sara Ali Khan did that for a while too with the whole humble/simple image. Even actors like Rajkummar Rao or Ayushmann Khurrana are great actors, but they feel so relatable that they probably never have the kind of crazy fan culture someone like Salman has.

That’s why I sometimes feel Ranveer’s PR should just let him be a star. He already has the charisma, talent and personality.he doesn’t need the overrelatable image.

Just my thought though. Curious what others think.
