Foreskin question

I was cut at birth which, after puberty I guess pretty much became a "high and tight" but only when erect. The thing is, when flaccid I look uncircumcised. I am a grower but it's not retracted TOO much. It's not painful but is a bit uncomfortable sometimes. I don't think this qualifies as "hard flaccid"

Anyone similar and if so, any tips on getting it to relax to it's more natural state? TIA!
