How do you read this situation?

Preferably answers from women, but my fellow gents are welcome too!

Backstory:

Picked up a temporary side job to get some extra savings. A winter homeless shelter Started working there three nights a week since December. Only three shifts left.

Throwaway thoughts:

I am by no means a person who leans into the “religion” and Christianity like I used to as a child/teen. There’s even some posts where I am arguing with people about it. After some more run of the mill dating experiences and sexual taunts, I thought *Are there anymore godly women left? Why can’t they fall into my life the same way others tend to?*

The situation:

By late January, I walk in and find a woman doing my job. I was late, because we’d just recently started opening an hour earlier. She was polite, soft spoken, and organized.

Overtime she has approached with various deep topics during the usual lulls of our shift. She’s asked what my “type” is with women, how long I’ve been single, and tends to spray herself with my cologne. Her birthday is one day before mine. She twirls her hair while talking to me, and gives a huge smile. The other night she said “You will make a happy partner someday, because you work too much to cheat. You’re such a hardworking man.”

I am an idiot at recognizing when someone likes me versus just being nice. Especially when at work. I don’t usually even entertain coworkers, but this is a temporary job that ends soon. Part of me thinks she does like me. Some things seem fairly certain, especially when she repeatedly mentions her relationship style “I just claim my partner to death and won’t settle for anything less than a man who will forever claim me.”

The reasons I don’t think she likes me:

She twirls her hair while talking with everyone.

She’s given her number out to several other guys, including a total doofus who was openly hinting at wanting to fuck her (despite being a church woman).

Don’t know, but I am thinking about saying something on our last shift together, because she is eerily everything I could’ve hoped for. If she says no, I’d honestly be relieved. She’s the type of woman who would require my absolute best and then some. Stupid, childish behaviors and such of the past would have to be let go.

What do you think?
