Worth every cent

Commissioned by me

Greetings. I would just like to take a second and say I was blown away by the artists detail here. If you have any ideas you wanna see made I strongly encouraging commissioning them as youll most likely be very pleased with the results. For those that don’t know, this was the guy who made that “every death battle winner” poster that’s still getting updated

Even if you don’t have any ideas for fanart you wanna see. If you have the means and interest, please consider supporting them to help pay off their college intuition. This man’s work is exceptional and I really don’t want to see them be weighed down by the stress of debt and bills

If you dislike this artwork that’s completely understandable and please feel free to let me know if that’s the case. As I believe everyone has a right to share their own personal opinions

Before I explain this artwork Id like to apologize as it seems I had far more to say then I originally expected. If you simply don’t wish to read all this that’s completely understandable as well

\- On the top is Final Ascension Nero Claudius VS Boost & Gigant Geats. With Geats enlarging the Gigant Sword for Gigant strike (as a reference to the attack in his series) as Nero blocks it (referencing her blocking Gawins Noble Phantasm in the Fate Extra: Last Encore Anime) and enters to her Final Ascension form as she’s overpowering and breaking his sword (referencing how she later broke through Gawins same attack the next episode). Hence why if you look closely, Nero is smiling in this image showing that she’s both impressed by Geats attack and also that she’s not giving up.“Truly incredible. You fight with exceptional skill, but I’m not done yet”

This Background Is the school building during the Desire Grand Prix where Geats first used the Gigant strike. Also fun fact, you might notice Nero’s holding the sword (Aestus Estus: The Original Flame) in her left hand when she’s right handed, That’s intentional. She’s using Imperial Privilege right here (which makes her a master at any skill she wants) to temporarily make herself ambidextrous so she can be more flexible with her swordswomen ship, switching between hands mid combat

After Nero breaks through this attack she charges at Geats who pulls out the Gigant Hammer which she quickly cuts through and lands a punch that sends him flying. Geats realizing that Nero’s now far stronger

“She’s better up close, but how bout long range”?

As he enters: GEATS JET & CANON, with canon on top as he’s firing at Nero from a distance. Nero realizing that she doesn’t have many long range options in this form switch’s over to her Caster Class and Fires her Noble Phantasm: Laudatum Domus Illustris. Which Summons the Domus Aurea to fire lasers all honing in on him.

(Fun fact. Those aren’t wind instruments attached to the sides, They’re gun muzzles she personally added)

Geats seeing this quickly switch’s to Canon on bottom which greatly increases his flight speed and aerial maneuverability which leads into this image

\- The Bottom of Caster Nero VS Geats “JET & CANON”

Showing Geats dodging and blocking all of these projectiles to get to her. (For the FGO Players out there feel free to head canon she has “Ignore Evade” active so ALL those lasers are about to hit him)

Now you might’ve noticed there’s more lasers approaching Geats then the number that’s being fired in the center. That’s actually a reference to how the number of lasers is larger than the number shown being fired in FGO. Now the original attack is far more but I wanted to keep the number lower cause I would’ve felt bad making the artist draw the same thing that many times over.

The background being different then where they were fighting previously is also a reference. Whenever Nero activates this Noble Phantasm, the entire background becomes a clear blue sky in the middle of an ocean for miles regardless of where and when they were fighting previously.

As Geats gets past all this and reaches Nero, hitting her is still incredibly difficult do to her flight, teleportation, clones and other energy projectiles. Being pushed back by this Geats switches to: LASER BOOST , which grants him an immense speed boost, greatly increases his power and adding this with his telekinesis, energy shields and flight allows him to easily reach Nero and land a punch which sends her flying all the way to the village where Geats first entered Laser Boost (done intentionally so he could fight her in a open area without concern for the environment getting in his way)

Realizing Geats is far stronger and faster now. Nero enters her Moon Crux form and utilizes her strength boost, long range and Omni directional attacks to keep up with Geats in his current state. As they both set the battleground around them on fire, Geats uses his telekinetic Hold to keep Nero restrained mid air giving him time to charge up: LASER BOOST VICTORY. Nero then enters spirit mode to get out of this hold and resorts to guard break which leads to this image

\- Geats Laser Boost VS Moon Crux Nero where Nero responds with Flaming Strike creating a burning fist.

The 2 attacks colliding causes an explosion that sends them both back as they’re completely exhausted. Impressed by the others resolve they take things to the next level. Nero Enters her Mythology Emperor form and Geats enters Oneness at the same time. Colliding with each other they go back and forth for a bit

Nero gains the upper hand with her ability to harm higher beings that can’t usually take damage, wearing Geats down as he’s confused

“Wait, my real body is a god. Why do her attacks actually hurt”?

Realizing that Geats is exhausted, Nero takes this opening to cast her Noble Phantasm

“Bare Witness To My Golden Theater “

As her Noble Phantasms Theme starts to play

Geats quickly takes note of the fact this location is making him weaker simply by being here and decides his best bet to go all out with his power and resort to his more broken abilities

Nero charges at Geats referencing Rosa Ichthys. We then hear Geats say: “Shush” as a reference to how he shushed his own theme song before which leads to this image (well yes it was Geats IX who did this I wanted to include that scene well still showcasing this form given what it leads into)

\- Right is Mythology Emperor Nero VS Geats Oneness

as the background music and theme to Golden Theater is turned off. Nero is completely shocked by this in the moment but still charging at him. Geats then quickly enters: GEATS IX, and draws the Boost Blade, slashing Nero which sends her flying, crashing into the wall. Geats then charges the Boost Blade and throws it at her for: Boost Tactical Victory. She attempts to block with a force field but it penetrates the barrier. Geats then charges at her and launches: Boost IX STRIKE, which completely shatters the barrier, penetrates Nero and just for good measure she’s completely consumed by a black hole.

Nero then returns to life through Invictus Spiritus

“Quite impressive, you fight with the skill of a exceptional warrior, looks like I can’t afford to hold anything back”

As she summons Alteras sword into her hand, looking at it as she says

“I’ll win this fight with you by my side”

As she enters Saber Venus

The voices of her friends echo in her mind cheering Nero on

Tamamo: If you lose I’m claiming Hakuno for myself

Cú Chulian: don’t you dare stay down when you still have the will to fight

Nameless Archer: My master is not one who excepts defeat so easily

Rin and Rani: You taught us never to give up no matter how hopeless the situation looked. So fight with everything you have

Altera: I finally experienced what it means to have a friend. You can’t leave me this soon

They exchange attacks back and fourth for a bit with Geats using his crystallization walls as pillars only for Nero to slash through them

Realizing how destructive their powers are becoming to the world around them. They decide to take this battle to the stars (also because these are characters that love showing off and fighting in space looks awesome)

Nero: This battle truly has been exceptional. Let us close this Encore with a finale befitting our best

“She charges her Anti Star Noble Phantasm as Geats uses this moment to activate his signature move”

“CARITAS DOMUS”

“BOOST IX… VICTORY”

As Geats waves his hand he begins to alter Neros mind.

“A—“ Nero freezes mid sentence as the voices cheering her on are now telling her to stop.

(Not in a form of saying she should give up but rather that fighting isn’t the answer when she could resort to peace and she can just walk away, with the attention to lower her guard so Geats can land his attack well she’s defenseless)

“Nero it’s ok to stop, there’s no reason to do this. You don’t have to resort towards violence, there’s a better way. You’ve always believed in a world of peace and that future can still be made, don’t throw it away, your better then that. You know what’s the right call to make. Nobody has to die, it’s ok”

As Nero closes her eyes about to give in to the thoughts taking over, she hears the voice of both Hakunos Scream: NEERRROOOOO

Immediately snapping back to her senses, Nero finishes her attacks chant

“AUREAAAAAAAA”

\- As their attacks collide leading to the center piece: Saber Venus VS Geats IX

This is what I always visualized for the final climax of this match up. A ending between their strongest attacks to see which one comes out on top

If Geats wins I envision he powers through the Noble Phantasm, hitting Nero so hard she de materializes with a smile on her face

Nero: This world you've created truly is remarkable, if I'm ever Re summoned in this time I'd love to see it again. As she returns to the thrown of Heros”

As we cut to Ace also with a Smile, looking up to the sky

Geats: Your resolve proves there's other righteous hearts willing to fight for what they believe. Thank you, Emperor Of Rome”

If Nero wins

Her Noble Phantasm overpowers his attack blasting Geats into nothing

Geats Smiling at his last moment as he says right before disappearing

Geats: I see the world is kept in good hands. Never stop fighting for the joy of others, Nero Claudius

Nero: You've truly created a remarkable world, and fret not. I will look after it till my last breath

And as a joke idea

Nero: I wonder if Da Vincis still selling Holy Grails? I've got to invite him to the next Nero Fest

This artwork was something I had a blast commissioning and I really hope others enjoy it as well. I look forward to seeing what else other people come up with during the waiting period of this episode

Have a great day everyone
