How can I rebuild

Made some mistakes along the way.

8.4k in cc debt

5k tax refund that will go right towards that (3.4k then)

Another 1.2k will be paid this month bringing my cc debt to 2.2k with an 11k limit.

Score is currently 635.

How can I rebuild back into the 700s?
