I've been "starting my diet on Monday" for 6 years. This week I finally figured out why - and it had nothing to do with food

Vent

I was using food as the only thing I could control when everything else felt chaotic. Every "failed" diet wasn't about willpower or the wrong meal plan. It was about stress, boredom, and using eating as the only reliable comfort I had. The moment I addressed that, the food part became almost easy. Anyone else take a long detour through psychology before the diet stuff made sense?
