Why most side projects die

Side projects fail for one reason most people ignore:

Too many tasks.

You open your project and suddenly there are 20 things to do.

So nothing happens.

What helped me the most was reducing the day to one rule:

Choose ONE priority.

Just one.

If that moves forward
the project moves forward.

Small progress daily beats complex planning.
