Did anyone else experience bad depression/anxiety after quitting?

I wanted to ask if anyone else has had a tick up in mental heatlh issues/reactions after quitting, I quit a few days ago, made a post about it yesterday. The first three days were okay-ish, more irritable, then today (day four), bam. It's 2 PM and I've cried six times today about six different things, and my heart won't stop racing. I had a panic attack last night after a nightmare, I usually don't have panic attacks after nightmares. This is seriously fucking with my head.
