GTA 5 Settings to get 120 stable fps while maxing visuals

hi, i want to know the best settings for 1440p 4090 7950x3d to get stable 120 fps while still having the best possible visuals, ive been looking around and changing some bit but it looks so weird when i come to a stable ish 120 fps... Would love to know if someone with similar specs got it to work while still having great visuals
