Is there an app or website that can find replacement parts for cars easily?

I am suffering from this myself often when I'm fixing my car and I'm surprised there isn't a single platform that solves this.

I have experience in web/app development but I'd like to ask around, maybe if you are a shop owner or know any, we could make something together!
