Dentist advice

As a child my parents rarely took me to dentist, only when needed to and only to get my wisdom teeth out. I brushed and continue to brush my teeth morning and night everyday but they started getting bad in like 2023 after I got a tongue piercing it’s mainly my bottom teeth but anyway o haven’t been to the dentist because I’ve just been scared but now that they’re bad I’m even more scared. I also don’t have insurance so it just feels like I’m stuck
