What should be Upgrade path be?

I have 200-450 Euros to throw at my pc for a upgrade, I currently own a 1440p ultrawide monitor 34 inches and this is my current build, Dont flame me for the parts I bought it off a freind

512 gb sata on the bottom

I am in EU so I need parts that can deliver there

I am thinking a new 5060ti 16gb or 5060 or a used 3070ti
