Why do so many people rat in Turbo?
I always believed that Turbo was meant to be the action mode, where players would simply engage in a lot of fighting, attempt foolish builds, and play a fast paced, chaotic game. However, it seems like half of the games these days feature players being extremely cautious, split pushing, hiding in the jungle, avoiding confrontations, and essentially ratting the entire time.
For example, why queue Turbo rather than regular games if the objective is to play slowly and macro the map? Since everything goes online more quickly with Turbo, it seems ideal for frequent skirmishes and teamfights.
I'm just confused by the mindset; I'm not even complaining. Because it's easier to finish quickly, do people specifically queue Turbo to rat? Or am I simply playing strange games?
