birthday reach out?

gawin ko ba? or balak ko nalang bilhan siya ng cake on their bday but anonymously. he doesnt celebrate his bdays nor like it because that's how his family has been. For me, parang ang sad nun.

context: we ended bec. strict parents (jusq mid 20's na aq dzai) and i'm still in med school. We ended properly, no hatred whatsoever. Just a bitter feeling that we didn't even get to be anything.
