graham crackers/graham flour

Does anyone remember back in the day how much better graham crackers were ?

Now it seems like graham flour is only made of wheat when I swear it had oat flour and some others in the mix.

The cereal golden grahams has corn meal in it so there is proof of a combination of flours

If it was made for nutrition how can it be only one flour now when a combination makes more sense. Of course possible mandella effect and food quality is shit now
