It’s been around a week since The Lich’s defeat, each Coming of The Lich going into hiding in their respective areas. The Mighty Ribbögitt now found himself sleeping packed under pounds of snow, concealed from the world, Infectuz hiding inside of a meteor, the rocky hide covering the fly perfectly from all civilization. The First Coming, however, has different ideas. The massive rodent had fled into the global sewage system of Möbius, alongside his entire following, The Brotherhood of Ratkin. Rats dispersed into the labyrinth of cogs and pipes, their feet skittering and clicking about the puddles of waste and green water, weapons dragging behind them as some others found their ways into pipes themselves. Big Rat lead his own way to Emerald City’s dam, first reaching the ruins of Central City’s.

The first stop has been acquired.

Big Rat tore off metal sheets from the wall, the cast creating a casing of braces around his forearms as a small piece of armor. He ripped some fabric off of a seeping hole dripping with radiation from a bomb, placing it on the concrete ground, neatly placing it flat-faced on the ground. He scavenged wood from holes in the wall, ripping them out forcefully, placing them on the fabric, rubbing two pieces together until a fire started, the crackling warmth attracting more rats to come near, squeaking and scuttling amongst the flame. He huddled his face amongst his thigh, and went to rest.

The morning arrives.

Big Rat has left the momentary camp spot, already walking through another area inside the sewage system, rats with whiskers wiggling, wondering where their master went. They shrugged it off, and walked their merry way across the labyrinth of sounds and smells, trying to find a prize that does not exist, one they’re not wary of, one only the biggest knew of.

The floodgates have opened.
