IBS SYMPTOMS

Idk if I have ibs or not just wanted to know if it sounds like it. I don’t get stomach pain for one. But every now and then. Maybe like twice a year I have a month long period of frequent mucus. Mostly on the toilet paper sometimes jn the loo. No blood or anything. I do have anxiety so sometimes I will go to the toilet multiple times a day like 3-7 times even if only a tiny bit of poo comes out as my anxiety makes me feel queezy. I sometimes get random stages of looser bm. Not like water diarreah just like sludge or small soft chunks. Could I be getting anal fissures due to have periods of going to much and straining and wiping hard and frequently. Who knows
