SCOPELY is greedy. REAL GREEDY. We all know this, but do you know HOW greedy? There is all the obvious things that we see like: #1.The more dice you buy, they then target you as someone who is willing to pay. Then the dice deals get more and more expensive for less and less dice. #2. Controlling your hit %. They say it's all random, but once you play for a little while it's very obviously NOT. That's why you can play one tournament and spend 5k dice and hit every 3-4 rolls then the next one you only hit every 7-8 rolls so you have to spend more and more rolls to get anywhere. If it was random it wouldn't happen like that, because if it was the hit % would vary alot more over the course of a tournament. Not be crappy the ENTIRE tournament, and each tournament would average around the same scores. #3 They track the stickers that everyone has, and the polls are mostly fake. For example when they go to do a golden blitz, they look and see what cards the MOST amount of players already have and put those in the "polls". Then when they do the "polls" they artificially boost the votes for those stickers. They slipped and showed us this last season when 2 stickers that NOBODY wanted won and the winner only won by like 5 votes, but it was like 18005 to 18000. There was no way that many people voted for stickers nobody wanted AND there's no way it was THAT close organically. When they do it this way it gives the ILLUSION of choice and simultaneously guarantees that it helps the least amount of players. This makes sure that most players will end up having to pay $ for a minimum of 1 wild card when gold locked if they want to complete the album since the stickers they actually need never come up on a blitz and the chance of finding the last 3-5 gold stickers is extremely small.

Finally, there is #4. This one is a bit different because it is based on my own opinion and experience . This has to do with ERRORS and CUSTOMER SERVICE. First I'll talk about the "errors ". I do not believe that most of them are true game errors, but are intentional. I've watched them happen and they almost always happen at the most convenient times for SCOPELY to make more $. For example, they post about an upcoming side event like a dig or block etc. Players that want to play it may spend thousands of dice for the tokens to complete that event. Then an "error " happens AFTER they have spent the dice where you can't play said event. So dice is wasted for nothing by thousands of people and most of the time they just say "oops our bad" and do nothing. IF they DO decide to do anything for compensation, it's next to nothing. Even if it is 500 dice , that doesn't make up for what the players spent at all. Plus the MOST important thing to remember is that whatever they do give you costs them exactly ZERO $. So since it costs them NOTHING to generate dice, why won't they do more than 500? I believe that the answer is because the error was intentional to make you spend the dice first, then give you way less back so there's a much higher chance you will spend even more $$ on dice. Above I have shown you an example of this that actually happened to me but first let's cover customer service quickly. Anyone who has had a few game issues and talked to customer service knows that they almost NEVER actually help you. They basically use the same cookie cutter responses over and over. First they agree with whatever you say with things like " I understand how you feel, but..." or " I see what you are saying, but.." or something else similar. Then they proceed with some explanation of how they did it BUT say it wasn't their fault . Finally they say "Your opinion matters to us so we'll flag this conversation and give it to the feedback department so it doesn't happen again ", but it does keep happening and 98% of the time they do nothing to actually help you.

Now, I'm going to give you a real world example of this that just happened to me yesterday (top of post). It's not the only time, but to me it showed SCOPELY'S true colors and from this event I deleted the game. One thing I will admit before I show this is that I had cheated once. I was angry about everything I just went over and wanted to screw them back. With that said, I was punished and suspended and the suspension ended 9 days ago. This is the conversation with customer service when I had a recent problem. See above screenshots.
