New or upcoming album with a blue-eyed cat as the cover art.

There is a new or upcoming album that has cover art of an illustration of a small cat with blue eyes. It looks like it might be watercolor. I feel like it's an indie or alternative album. It's not the new Mitski album cover. I saw it multiple times and now I can't find it.
