Cancelling a commitment plan

I recently found out I am pregnant and have to cancel my plan with WW. I have the Med+ 12 month commitment plan. When I messaged my care team on the app and told them they replied back stating I need to submit to them my lab work with my personal information in order to cancel. Is that protocol? (I’m in no way scrutinizing WW, I am just genuinely confused) I feel kind of uncomfortable sending my personal health data to them. If anyone has ever encountered this let me know!
