FPS Drops

What's going on with the servers and game stability? I'm literally constantly experiencing 60-70 fps drops and constant server ping spikes. I played at launch and the game was running better. What the hell did they do to make the game worse? Can't I even get a stable 120 fps on a 1080p monitor with Frame Gen enabled on an RTX 4070Ti Super and Ryzen 7 7800X3D?

the only other game with this level of shity performance was new monster hunter but they fixed it
