Just want confirmation.

With the Day Light Saving time change happening last night. I was thinking that the daily reset time is to be moved an hour ahead(@ 3pm CST for me) as opposed to what is was before @(2pm CST). Am I right in thinking that?

And to let others know in case it slipped their minds.
