CA- STBXH Seized My Car

Thank you for any help you all may be able to provide.

I am going through a very ugly divorce that has already gone on for more than 4 years, and is continuing.

Recently, my STBXH seized the community property car that I was using to get to and from work and maintaining at 100%. He refuses to return the vehicle and has ignored every agreed to stipulation for its rerun (even as a payment for the car), even though he agreed to sign and then did not, costing me thousands in legal.

Additionally, because he would not return the vehicle I had to get first rent for several months, use a uber, and eventually buy a car. I have spent many thousands on rentals, Ubers, and the new car in payments.

What are my options here?

Is this a contempt charge I can raise or a violation of the ATROs?

Recourses? I just want to sell my new car, get the old one back, and rid myself of the monthly car payment.
