Best $500 spreader for a large property?

I need a spreader. Would prefer a push model, but the ability to convert to tow behind would be real nice.

Details:

$500 budget

Hilly property, uneven with about 3 acres worth of yard. Another 4 acres of pasture I would like to seed eventually.

I’ll use the spreader to put down insect granules, fertilizer, and seed. I’m not afraid to cut my seed with sand or other fillers if necessary to get my broadcast rate low enough for pasture seeding.

Push model, I figure pneumatic tires would be best. Repairable with good parts availability is a must.

With the area to cover, and amount of trees I have, I figure rotary would be best.

I’ve looked at a few models so far, but I’m not sold on anything yet. The earthway F80 looks good, but it’s at the top of my budget and I know nothing about the company. Is it $200 better than a comparable agrifab spreader at my local tractor supply?
