39 weeks and really starting to struggle

I'm a FTM , 31 y/o, and the 2-3 girls I followed tik tok for our entire pregnancies have all given birth. I feel alone and I feel... behind? WIll anything help me? I'm trying it all. My husband gave me a sassy attitude last night for about 30 seconds and I cried like I broke a leg for 30 minutes. I couldn't control myself.
