Can you make stickers on campus?

I have NO knowledge on sticker making but I have an Ipad and a dream. I like to draw and I was looking into turning sum art into stickers for personal use. I was looking at the print shop but they only seem to have round or square stickers which kinda sucks. I also saw sum abt the fab lab but I'm not in art, engineering or architechture, so I'm not sure how to go about that. If anyone knows or has printed stickers on cmpus for cheap(ish), feel free to lmk how u did that
