Ben Simmons build height (6’9 or 6/10)?

Thinking about making a Ben Simmons Point-centre build with about 10 cap breakers. I was thinking 6’9 for better dribble animations, perimeter defence, motion style or 6’10 for contact standing dunks, better height for centre with more attributes. Any tips or opinions would be appreciated!
