Reserves HM Clearance?

Hey All,

I secured my dream unicorn contract of reserves. I have a little bit of a past, and disclosed alot on NASIS / sf-86. That said, the enlistment process of swearing in was jarring, and now I'm overthinking every single interaction with Doctors and LE. Im a civilian EMT now, and have been on the straight and narrow for years.

All that said, I still am freaked out about the process for secret. It feels invasive. Do I automatically get investigated for Secret while im in the DEP pool? Do I have to maintain secret as a reserves HM? Looking for some light shed on the process so I am not anxious about this until my ship date which isnt for almost a year from now.
