Undergrad offer for Process Integration Development Engineer

Hi, I received a job offer at TSMC in Taiwan for this role and was wondering what the main responsibilities are. Also, what are the typical working hours or schedule like? Im not local, so my Chinese is quite basic. Would that significantly affect my experience and performance there?
