Help!!!!!!!

Studying with Job. Joined MMP+ back in September. Completed GS2 , GS1 and some part of GS3. Lost my prep in nov dec. optional is incomplete. Prelims syllabus is 70% done with science and tech left with some portion of history. Rest all has been covered atleast once. What should I do now? I go to work for 10 hours. I study in the morning and after coming back plus on weekends.
