I threw away a love spell and a week later he left me

Hi I’m seeking help. Back in July 2025 I did a love spell on my on and off relationship that was currently off at that time. We reconciled in October and things were going good. Flash forward to now I recently moved out of my parents home and there’s away the remains of the spell my thought process was that I believed we were strong enough and I believed that if I genuinely believed that our relationship didn’t need a spell to rely on. 3 days later we started to argue and he brought up wanting to end things we were able to make things work and decided we would try. Well last night exactly a week after throwing it away he ended things with me officially. Please help what can I do.
